Mental Skills for Athletes

Great performances combine tactical, technical, physical and mental areas. Most athletes have spent countless hours developing physical and technical skills, while the coach develops tactical strategies. But, how many athletes put as much effort into mental training?

Do you know how to gain confidence, set performance goals, concentrate and achieve optimal performance during training and competition, right at the moment you need it? If not, you may benefit from mental skills training.

The  ASDC – Capital Region can offer you strategies to develop skills that will help you reach your performance goals. Such skills are trainable, controllable, and can significantly increase the likelihood that your performance will improve.
