"My name is Terry Wisniewski and I am the founder of the Tien Lung Taekwon-Do organization spread across Alberta. Since 1999 I have coached the Canadian National Taekwon-Do Team 7 times at the World Championships all over the world.Tien Lung has consistently produced over 30% of the Canadian National Tam members.

We have used the best sport kinesiologists we could find to increase our competitive edge. Unfortunately finding one who was good enough to provide the services we needed was very difficult. Either they were not able to adapt their knowledge to our sport or they were inconsistent in their dedication to the project.

I was directed to Michael through contacts and the University of Alberta and he has been amazing. Michael came to meet with me and discuss our goals and to watch a few training sessions to get a thorough understanding of what our sport was about and what we required from him.

Within days he had a plan of action and once I approved it, he implemented it immediately. It included a starting point evaluation for all the athletes and an individually adaptable program.

The athletes found his demeanor and presentations to be professional, fun and his knowledge unquestionable. They have accepted his programs whole heartedly and have been following them diligently. The programs themselves are well thought out, challenging and directed to our sport.

It has been a few months now and Michael has been on top of continually evaluating the athletes progresses and challenging them with frequent program updates. He has also been available for e-mail consultations with them to which he responds in a timely manner.

For my part it has been a pleasure to work with Michael as I have not had to harass him for the next piece of the program, or to answer any question I might have. I feel that my athletes are comfortable with him and that he has their best interests at heart.

The most important part of this whole experience is that my athletes have ALL improved, in every aspect Michael promised me they would.
